Physical-chemical treatment

These systems allow the removal of pollutants hardly biodegradable, using chemical reagents to adjust pH and make insoluble substances  and then remove them.

The basic process employs the following phases:

  • Flocculation
  • Coagulation
  • Sedimentation / decantation
  • Neutralization
  • Final filtration of the purified water
  • Dehydration and disposal of sludges
